Fees & Verification

Bitcoin withdrawals have no listed fee. JacksPay's main banking information quotes a $53 fee for both wire transfers and paper checks, although its separate check-cashing guide quotes $55 for a paper-check payout. Players using checks should therefore confirm the current charge before withdrawing.

First-time withdrawals require ID verification. JacksPay asks for a valid government-issued ID and a selfie holding the ID, with additional address or payment documents requested where necessary. The casino says verification normally takes about one business day.

How Fast Are JacksPay Withdrawals?

JacksPay is not a particularly fast-paying casino, even when cryptocurrency is used. Bitcoin and Tether withdrawals are listed at up to four business days, while bank wire and paper check withdrawals can take up to 20 business days.

Bitcoin & Tether Withdrawals

JacksPay recommends crypto for withdrawals and lists a $25 minimum. Its Bitcoin information says that once a withdrawal has been reviewed and approved, the payment will usually reach the player's wallet within one business day. That is the final payment stage rather than the complete withdrawal time, which remains listed at up to four business days.

Players can make up to two crypto withdrawals every seven days. JacksPay's published processing table also gives VIP and High Roller players a shorter auditing stage than standard members, although both are still subject to the casino's overall withdrawal process.

Wire Transfer & Paper Check

Traditional withdrawals are much slower. JacksPay lists up to 20 business days for both bank wire and paper check, with a $150 minimum and one withdrawal of each type permitted every seven days. JacksPay says that after a wire or check has been reviewed, processed and sent, delivery can still take up to 15 business days. External payment providers can add further delays outside the casino's control.

Can You Reverse a JacksPay Withdrawal?

JacksPay allows a withdrawal to be reversed while it is still in the auditing or processing stages. Once the payment has been sent to the payment provider, the casino no longer controls the remaining delivery time.
